"8 Grand Cru" Tasting 

The Burgundy Grand Crus are appreciated throughout the world for the quality and variety of exceptional aromas they are capable of expressing.  Their complexity is born in these remarkable 'terroirs', each one different from the next. Our two grapes, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, like humble messengers, capture the expression of each of these parcels, with their finesse, force and subtlety and transport them into the glass.  Over the Years the Maison Joseph Drouhin has had the fortune to acquire some parcels amongst the most prestigious Grand Crus in Burgundy.

We propose this exceptional tasting in the heart of the historical cellars of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Kings of France. For this event we have selected 8 of the most famous Grand Crus of our house (3 whites and 5 reds).  The morning begins with a visit of our cellars dating from the 13th centurie, followed by the tasting of the following wines:

10.50: Commented tastings accompanied by gougères (Burgundy speciality; little cheese puffs).
